| | | | Did you got for a ride in the ferris wheel? i was there in February on a windy day. We made it a 1/3 of the way up before it stopped on us. about 5 min went by then it went back down. Berlin and Germany in general is a huge playground. I found soooo many bunkers, hospitals, military bases, factories.... its hard not to find places to check out there some of the place are just begging you to get in.
Hope you had a good trip.

| | | | #1 is great, though a bit pale. You managed to capture a scene that is, to me, both beautiful and eerie. Same goes for #4, the ferris wheel really adds to the composition, good job!
#6 is plain creepy, but the colour contrasts are great. 
And finally, I am absolutely thrilled about #12. Did you manage to take this picture 'by accident', or did you wait for the right timing?
Overall there are some great pictures here. I hope to see more like these in the future.

| | | | The only thing more fun than an amusement park is an abandoned amusement park. I really like 3. That poor boat is just sitting there waiting for one last ride on the log flume that, alas, will never be.
The angles on some of these were a bit disconcerting though. I think that works for 5 and 7 because it makes sense with the subjects of those shots, but most of the others I found myself tilting my head a bit while looking at them because the angles they were shot at just didn't feel right.
Other than that, good job. This place looks like it's a lot of fun. It's too bad there isn't any dark rides. For some reason, I find abandoned dark rides hugely fascinating.

When it stopped, the light was great, the colors were shining... And 12 was shot.
