| | | J'ai pris toutes ces photos au cours des 6 derniers mois. Ces navires font la file pour se charger de minerai de fer à destination de la Chine, à Sept-îles.
Aluminerie Allouette, à Sept-îles. Plus gros producteur d'aluminium en Amérique du Nord.
Terminal de minerai de fer de Port-Cartier.
2 photos de l'usine Rio Tinto, division Sept-îles.
J'ai profité d'une escale pour aller photographier le navire du haut d'une montagne, à Tadoussac.
Un porte-conteneur assez pressé.
Et on change la bouée du Rocher Percé 1.

I was reffering to the 3 big oceaner's in the first picture. Like you said most csl are lakers. I would also add that they are poorly maintained vessels and have a bad reputation as a place to work.

and thats scary... CSL has the newest fleet of the canadian lakes fleet. the former ULS flee had some steamers still, most of which are making thier last visit to port colbourne ever since Algoma bought them. Ships like the Jean parisien and Paul Martin are some of the most modern on the lakes, they are seaway max. Lately CSL has been buying FEDNAV's castoffs, kinda boring in terms of boats!

to trade on the lakes they have to be registered in canada as they are landlocked, the CSL international fleet is mostly registered out of panama.
