Instead of just doing a quick scroll and glance through the set like I normally do, each photo got a very specific reaction from me. That means you're doing awesome and I can't wait to see what you crank out with a real SLR. It looks like you really know how to capture how these places look.

Wow, thanks for such kind words i'm keen to get out and explore a lot more, hope my future ventures are as fruitful as this night was.



well my plans today failed so the 550D is on hold for the moment, but a mate has told me i can borrow his pentax DSLR...


and yeah that critter was alive... also came across a fox that snuck up on me, turned around to see what the noise behind me was and he just stared at me haha.

oh and i forgot to mention, i work at a steel foundry... some of the sites out there a truly awesome. i get to play with molten iron and steel. giant 60 tonne pots full of up to 140 tonnes of molten steel... watching the furnace turn iron into steel by blasting oxygen into it creating huge fireballs is a sight to behold!

i might sneak a camera into work one night for you guys!
