I used to be petrified of needles also. They have been reduced in size over the years and the actual process takes mere seconds, often you won't even feel it.
None the less disturbing to see them laying on the ground exposed to some young person who might go wandering inside the building.

i know they barely hurt, it just won't get out of my head! haha. i have to give my mom shots for her MS so that is also helping a bit with seeing them, but when it comes time for me to get a shot oh hell no!
and agreed about them just lying around! geez!
