| | | Here is one image of a photo that I did some databending on. I like the random results you get. Its from the abandoned radar tower in stillwater. If you arent familiar with databending, its when you smash up the photo's information and rearrange it and put it back together. Try it on some photos. Its fun In this photo i opened it up in Audacity and added some delay and reverb to it then saved back as a photo

| | | It reminds me of an old VCR desperately trying to run its auto-tracking function and failing. Chris...
We all had ostriches. My dad had an ostrich farm! I remember one day someone came in and said the high altitude bombing of Kosovo had been a limited success, so we all went out and celebrated… by killing an ostrich and boiling it in kiwi fruit. |

| | | It looks like before cable went digital you could put it on the porn channel and watch a few seconds before it completely scrambled out.

It's a steam tunnel! This is a cool technique. Didn't work with a jpeg though, had to use bitmap. I'm going to have to try this with some more colorful photos. This one also reminds me a little of a VCR...

| | | Def. Looks awesome You def are doin it right U cant really use jpegs because of the compression but bitmaps, .tif and .raw files work good. The way i usually do it, is right click on a photo and open it up with a notepad. I use notepad++. its a free text editor online. The most fun way is to download audacity. Thats a free one also Then import raw data and it tries to read ur photo as audio, then u can put audio effects on ur pics. The word pad one is the easiest though. Just dnt edit the first few parts of the text cause thats the photos header and that kinda breaks the image. This same process can b done on video's If u are familiar with photoshop, make a picture with multiple layers, then save it as a psd and do the notepad thingy U can glitch some of the layers only giving a cool effect

I first tried Notepad, but it broke the file. I'll have to try this notepad++. I used wordpad for this one. I didn't edit any of the text, anytime I tried it broke it. I'll have to try Audacity.
