Il put up a few industrial, few drains and few others etc. Im use a nikon d5000 with the stock 18-55 and also use a samyang 8mm fisheye. anyway pictures... 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. This image is actually a stitch of around 30 pictures. I stitched it manually on photoshop and it took me 10 hours haha. 6. Same again with this picture, contains over 30 individual pictures stitched together on photoshop manually, taking me a rather long time haha. Criticism would be much appreciated, good or bad. One of the photographers that originally got me into ue, Andrew P Brooks uses a similar technique so, After trying the photoshop photo merge, and to be honest it was far from satisfactory, and also multiple options available on the web, I just did it myself. There's just too much that's 100% black and the darker tones look really muddy and unnatural as a result. Its not unintentional though, i quite like the darkness and the muddy tones, and see as a lot of these places are very dark i feel i like to recreate that in my pictures. The earth tones look great and I like that you can capture the dark vibe of your subject. I think the first shot is the best done. They don't look terribly underexposed to me. The third one (whose composition I quite like) seems a little muddy, especially in the sky but it may be that the file is compressed. I really like the hand stitched ones, particularly the first. The detail is excellent and the colours pop. I think 3 had huge potential; good composition, great use of the width of your lens, but the ghosting on the right side, along the silhouette of what seems to be a tree wrecks it for me. Though I understand, you cant so much about that, I doubt you could have gotten a faster shutter speed in this light, and bumping the iso any higher is probably going to add noise beyond an acceptable level. overall great photos. especially 4 and 5.
