Been checking things out for a while and finally decided to post. A few of us went to Byron hotel the other day. It seems like a very popular place to visit. We are going to be filming a few webisodes and are looking for an abandoned place to do so. A few tips: when posting images, please add a title or number so we can easily reference the photos we like! Also, people generally don't respond in a friendly way to those asking for information on locations, though your providing a nice set of photos certainly does you some credit. Finally, we try to stay away from naming locations, especially in public posts. You never know when a scrapper or some such is trawling the forums... It's perfectly fine to start your post with "Here's some shots from an abandoned hotel I visited:" and say no more. That said, I like the lighting in these photos. I didn't see anyone out there other than a couple guys who came in to take photos when we were leaving. There are trailers and construction equip. which may mean they are doing some demo soon.
