[Katrina] J.F.K High School

More of my Katrina series. The junior high I explored a while back has already been demolished. Now I found this gem not too far from that same location. This place was even creepier because it seems they tried to salvage most things in the school. Most desks were gone, the cafeteria was blank, machines were missing, etc. I think they just salvaged what they could and boarded it up. It felt like a post nuclear fallout situation. My friends and I went along with that theme and had some fun with it. (You'll see what I mean). Enjoy

I can't believe there is still writing on the chalkboard. It seems kinda surreal.

Seeing chalkboards peel and flake really creeps me out.

w00t! This was slightly creepier than the middle school. The flyer for the football game kinda creeped me out. I really like the one of you guys on a desk and the one with the chick sitting on the bathroom sink.

We were here...and it was glorious.

Thanks for viewing guys. This place was incredible and I had a ton of fun. I'm actually not the guy in the photo, that was a friend. I'm behind the lens.

Love the post-processing.

reckless thoughts abide; anachronistic and impulsive.

loosely jacketed against the cold and ten thousand worlds for the choosing.
