Dawn at the battery factory

Dawn and I don't see much of each other, but a little morning light goes a long way. Note that colors have been tweaked here, but not by much. There's a lot of natural color to be had in the mix of warm sunlight and blue early morning sky. Thoughts?

I agree on 3.

What kind of camera are you using? They all look pretty grainy. Down the ISO a little or get some better film/scanner.
Its good that you are experimenting with depth of field but, it really doesn't work with some of them, like 7 and 10 just to name a few. Just use a slightly smaller f-stop on those ones. On the contrary, it works quite well on 12.
#8 needs a filter and straitening.
#1 Just avoid bright holes period.

#3 is amazing!

Camera is my trusty old Fuji s3Pro, most shots are iso 1600 at f1.6 or 2.8 with a 50mm lens (hand held). My current fixation is working handheld as much as possible, and the results are grainy and shallow focus by design. Not for everyone I suppose.

And I go boldly into holes, be they bright, dark, or moist.

2,4 and 10 really stand out from the set. Good work.
