It was a member of UER, and, amazingly enough, he actually found the tripod further downstream on a return trip.
I'm told it still smells like shit.

I lost an expensive flashlight in a large, high flow drain once and found it again about two years later. It doesn't work anymore, so now it belongs with my sizable collection of cell phones and drivers licenses found in drains.

Lights are easy to fix. Is it a clicky on/off? I bet the switch bit the dust but the rest is fine.

Now, a tripod has to be taken apart and bleached to get shitwater out.
