The neighbors watch it like a hawk, but I can have my mom call them ahead of time if you let me know when you'll be out there.

That's known as "Hubert Henslee's Old Barn". School dances used to be held there from the 1970s and prior. There was even an apartment there up in the loft. My grandparents lived directly across the street from that barn, and we used to sit and watch photographers take pictures of that place on a near daily basis.
