| | | Too bad you didn't check the one next to it. It's the oldest one in Finland, built in 1896-1898, and much more interesting. Here's few pictures and a link to my friends blog (in finnish): http://esoteerinen...uusmaisemissa.html
1. The rails are still in place as we enter the tunnel.
2. There are few railway carriages inside. The tunnel isn't completely abandoned, but it doesn't seem to be in much use either.
3. The years of building have been marked clearly on top of the other entrance.
4. This is me diving into a half blocked side tunnel, that leads nowhere.
I'm concealing nothing but UE-sites. http://syrjaseutu.blogspot.fi/ |

| | | The darkness in 2 is a bit overwhelming, but the concept is good. 1 is a bit bland. Sure, it's an entrance to a tunnel, but why is it special? Perhaps increasing contrast in post or having taking the picture from a more extreme angle would be an improvement. Other than that, it's a great set! =D

| | | 4 is a bit boring, I understand what you were gonna do there, but maybe crop it up so it's not in the centre of the image.

| | | Additional lamps and flashlights /spotlights would do well to illuminate the dark tunnel and could make it an exceptional photograph. I wish I could've been there.
