Well. I took ten shots and then combined them in photoshop.

I think that you blended them together well, but the angle and subject aren't too interesting. If your question was how did the panorama blending turn out, I would say very well, however, the artistic/creative aspect is lacking.

The Durango '95 purred away a real horrowshow - a nice, warm vibraty feeling all through your guttiwuts. And soon it was trees and dark, my brothers, with real country dark.

It was more of a technical thing that I was worried about, having never done a pano before. I'm just glad to hear I did it right, next time I'll shoot a more interesting subject.

Thanks for the feedback

Yea, I'd agree that the stitching went well, but the subject matter is lacking interest.

In my experience, I find it hard to find a nice subject that benefits from being shot as a panorama. One thing to always remember, is to over lap the images when shooting, and if you have a main object, such as those 2 towers in yours, make sure to capture them in their entirety in 1 image, just so the stitching process doesnt mess them up.

Also, try and use a tripod if possible... But that kinda goes for all UE photography =P

AND... I often shoot much wider then necessary, since as you may have noticed, once PS is done stitching, there's a lotta blank space in the sky. Sometimes I shoot portrait for the building, and landscape for the top to cover some more sky, kinda like this below...

Also, to cover off the missing parts at the top, you could shoot the whole thing with many more sections in Portrait and stitch them together that way. I've noticed this also tends to mean there's a little less barrel distortion in the finished article.

Chris...

We all had ostriches. My dad had an ostrich farm! I remember one day someone came in and said the high altitude bombing of Kosovo had been a limited success, so we all went out and celebrated… by killing an ostrich and boiling it in kiwi fruit.
