I'm trying to decide between the two crops, which do you prefer? Also, what do you think of the images?

1.

1/200 sec at f/3.8. ISO 400
23mm

2.

1/200 sec at f/4.8, ISO 400
38mm

I like #1 better

It's a nice shot, may crop it to a mild panoramic format to get the street out? Also it's too bad about that power line

Number 1 looks a bit squint, even though I'm sure you shot it on the level.

So number 2 from me!

Chris...

We all had ostriches. My dad had an ostrich farm! I remember one day someone came in and said the high altitude bombing of Kosovo had been a limited success, so we all went out and celebrated… by killing an ostrich and boiling it in kiwi fruit.

I like #1 better.

They are both good, but I prefer the ground-based symmetry.
