I have the same mask and same exact filter cartridge. They are a bit too bulky and awkward on my face.

I wear 1 in heavy concrete dust. 10 hours a day. Last me a week or so. If it gets damp or I start to get winded I swap it sooner. HazMat classes recommend you change it every day.
The question is not when are we gonna stop, It's who's gonna stop us?

I guess thats starting point to work with, your not dealing with VX, you can probably go past the 8 hour mark without serious results I'd guess.
