Mais depuis quelques temps les terrains vacants en ville diminuent rapidement, ça serait un bel emplacement pour construire un magasin grande surface, ou encore une tour à logement. la décontamination va se payer relativement bien avec le prix des condos en ville ces temps ci à voir...
