| | Lost Cabin on the AR/OK border < on 4/8/2010 6:10 PM >
| | | On the border between Arkansas and Oklahoma there lies a cabin that is miles out from any real roads. Nestled in the valley next to a creek this cabin has survived for years and should be around for a long time. The only way you can get to this place is by following a series of trails. This cabin was built extremely well compared to what you normally find in the woods. Concrete floors, concrete vault toilet, and sturdy design are what make this cabin special. I don't know who owns it or how often its used but i'd love to own it. I wouldn't recommend using the original bridge to the cabin at one time it looked light it was solid but not so much anymore.

I love it especially the old grave yards. It is not unusual to come across the old homesteads, shotgun houses, graveyards, and fire towers in the national forests.
