| | | | its kinda a half and half thing ..The city owns the land i own the buildings ..I am trying (with little sucsess) to make a historical land mark out of it . It is known as the Valmont Mill it was built in the mid 1930's and shut down in 1942,reopened in 1944 to mill Fluorspar untill 1972 then new owner bought it in 1974 and ran it until 1994 then went into tax lean then i got it ..But its a long story about my owership
