(Viewed 380 times) mikenike605  Location: PDX Camas, WA i like to take pictures  |  |  draining in portland? < on 3/8/2010 6:37 AM >   I know that Portland in order to prevent streams from running through the city it has incorporated its streams into a system of drains and pipes running under the city. I haven't been anywhere else except the drain in Macleay park and i could only make it down so far before the water level was forcing me to straddle the stream quite uncomfortably.
