draining in portland?

I know that Portland in order to prevent streams from running through the city it has incorporated its streams into a system of drains and pipes running under the city. I haven't been anywhere else except the drain in Macleay park and i could only make it down so far before the water level was forcing me to straddle the stream quite uncomfortably. I should have some boots next time i head down or some shoes i don't mind soaking.
so I was wondering if anyone has any Ideas of the locations of other tunnels like these?
any other interesting sites in the area?
