It's a 147-metre, 43-storey, 408-unit apartment skyscraper in Elephant and Castle. Designed by Hamilton's Architects, it was begun in 2007 and due for completion in summer 2010. The top of the building will have three 9-metre wind turbines to generate enough electricity to cover the building's lighting.
