New here, explored the Flagship in Galveston today

My boyfriend (backslider) and I woke at 4am this morning to explore the Flagship in Galveston. That was some creepy stuff. I really enjoyed it and would love to continue exploring. Back in 1998 I explored the old Jefferson Davis Hospital (I had no idea that it was Urban Exploring back then). Recently, I've been to the super collider, Branch Davidian compound, and a old department store in downtown Houston. I briefly met Secret Squirrel before the department store. I look forward to meeting some more of yall.
Here are some pics from today.

Only time I've ever been in it was when it was in operation. Would love to tour it now.

It was pretty awesome, I have lived in Texas off and on for 31 years now and that was my first time in there. I had been wanting to explore it for awhile, should have done it right after Ike before the gangs had a chance to destroy it even further. Can't wait to do it again.

Did you ever live in the Galveston/Houston area? I'm from Santa Fe.. if you know where that is.

Awesome. I know where both of those are... reminds me of home just hearing the names. My dad worked in La Porte for a long time, now he works @ The Battleship Texas... for about 25 years now.

Cool the battleship, been wondering how hard it would be to get on there at night.

It wouldn't be too hard if you had someone who could let you in.
