Stairs and a BMW

Didn't have a lot of time to really pick my shots today, but I feel these two came out well, maybe I'm wrong.

Stairs

BMW

The lighting was extremely wonky in here. I had to play quite a bit with white balance, I didn't want to totally balance it in the first image as I really like the nice gentle hues that the overhead (natural) lighting provided.

Let me know what you think.

we can take turns looking cool in it driving it across the country

it would look neat cruising around in Washington D.C.

I think you went a bit too hard on the unsharp mask tool in the first one, as some of the elements have a glow surrounding them.

Hmm, mind pointing them out, I'm still fairly new to post-processing and I'm not sure I understand what you mean by 'glow'

Both have a TINY bit of lens distortion. If the lines were perfectly straight they would have a more profound look. I think the exposures are great though, and the white balance looks o.k.

Cool pictures.

That BMW is older than mine!!

I don't know where this is, btw. I'm not sure I want to know, I'd be to upset to see that car in person.

I would be not be upset, it would be in my driveway by now. 2002's definitely do it for me.

That 2002 looks way nicer than mine when I started with it.

Oh well. With infinite money and hours invested into her, she looks good now.
