There used to be another Santa Fe building between that and the newly rehabbed Santa Fe Storage Building then and they dropped it into the basement. We used to drive into the underground garage (under SOHO at Jackson and Griffin) and wander through the tunnels and adjoining buildings. The Federal building had a red door leading up. We never tried it for obvious reasons. I'm a blatant waste of time and resources.
