| | | | Thanks. I have always used PS for editing in the past and tend to get a little crazy w/the processing. I'm really REALLY liking Lightroom b/c it helps to keep that urge to really manipulate the shots under control.

yea 1 is super creepy because the dolls eyes are shut like its sleeping...or dead.
but yea other then that i like em all. i like the vertical shot a little better because it holds focus a bit better. and i love the colors of your last shot.

i prefer the horizontal of the curtains shot, but then again i almost always prefer horizontal.
i like the toning on the last photo, the only distracting thing to me is the blown out windows. that effect might work better if you softened the trees outside a bit.

The subject and stark contrast in #1 is creepy and I think the horizontal #4 is better. (Although both are great.) The window on the left in 4 is a little sidetracking.

Lightroom is awesome. I actually did a computer rebuild a while ago and reinstalled LR and didn't install PS, since I was waiting for an upgrade to my old version.
It's amazingly capable and really let me get through a lot of stuff quite well, without obsessing over the minute details like it is so easy to do in PS.
It's been a couple of months, but I finally have CS4 now. It was weird trying to everything in LR. I think I really appreciate the different strengths of each one now.

Thank you! LR is def worth saving up the money for, it's great, easy to use, and VERY beneficial if you get a little to edit happy with PS.
