Ghost House

Went out tonight, to see what we could find. Came across a house on Hwy 4, that was abandoned. We decided to take a walk, and see what was there. There was an old barn torn apart and falling down, and the house had a kicked in door.
Inside the barn there was old appliances, a lot of plants and insolation, and doors and boards. In the house, there was a brown wallpaper, very old looking, it was a 4 level house, with a peak top attic, stairs that lead to the attic not a crawl space. The upstairs had been torn apart, there was no floor really left in the bathroom, there was a definite childs bedroom upstairs as it had 101 Dalmation stickers on the wall, and 3 other bedrooms. The bathtub was sitting in a room across the hall from the actual bathroom. The mail level was in decent shape for being abandoned. Not many holes, except in the ceiling of the kitchen. Left behind were some old papers dated back to 2003,a stapler, a stationary telephone, and a telephone book. The basement had a beam that was pulled down and partially blocking the entrance to the far section of the basement where the fuze box and water heater are located. There was a lot of moisture in the basement and insolation on the floor. All that was needed to get into the located was a flashlight. The front door is wide open.

** i am having problems uploading pics so i will link a site once they are posted

In my experience, rattling pipes always means ghosts - especially when the power has been off for a while.
Congrats on the find.

You laugh, but the only experience I've ever had that I felt might have been supernatural was with a Ouija board.

The pipe thing sounds odd, but unless you can rule out all natural causes, I wouldn't think much of it.
