Unexpected run-ins~
< on 8/6/2009 3:52 PM >

Just curious if anyone has ever came up, on, stumbled-upon, or found something that really wasn't meant to be seen or found. Hence, While exploring an abandoned building a few years back I stumbled upon someones grow room, looking at how it was set-up, someone put quite a bit of time into this set-up, I retreated fairly fast taking only shadows out so not to be seen.

Just curious if anyone else has any other interesting experiences or run-ins!

While exploring my abandoned asylum, someone recently stumbled upon my grow room.

Among dead animals such as raccoons the only weird dead animals i found were 1) A bird smashed between the window and the wooden board used to block it and 2) pigeons ripped in half. Pretty Sick. Wish I would have found that grow room though =D

i revisited on of my locations, and discovered some kids had cleared the top floor of crap and turned the small room at the top of the stairs into a pot smoking room, with a chair, love seat with no cushions, and graffiti out the ass

One time I ran into an angry local at an elementary school, but I talked my way out of it.

There was also a giant graffiti art canvas on a burned down flee market that depicted a tribal person from the nose up and the word "Run" had been drawn in a word bubble next to his head. It was used as a warning, suggesting police frequent the place looking for kids smoking marijuana and drinking boozahol.

It's not easy being cheesy.

Man, you guys are lucky! All I ever come across are either other explorers who jump the everlovin' shit outta me, or local tweens smashing windows and running amuck.

Actually, there was one hospital that had a room with a card table with chairs and sofas pulled up to it, along with a pack of cards strewn about and a few empty Miller cans. In the next room over there were a bunch of empty bottles of morphine.

Jeeze, what were you exploring?

The caged being inside of you must break free from his shackles, for our partial sanity or pseudo-sanity, if so applies, cannot contain it forever without repercussion of mental breakdown.

I crawled into a building through a hole in a wooden board only to find myself in a pile of trash. Upon closer examination the trash was mostly alcohol swabs and syringes. There was also a duffel bag nearby but I didn't go through it.

And once at a Toronto UE Meet a group of us witnessed a female security guard pee while standing up! Woman had no shame, did it in the middle of a very large doorway.

Here's a lockpick. It might be handy if you, the master of unlocking, take it with you.

Came across a rooftop that had pigeon wings all over it, no pigeons, just their wings, intact, meaning still attached to each other......just the wings.

Years ago, I was at the Split Rock Quarry, and found a bird that had been impaled on a tree.

It was pretty disturbing.
