Their website has the same thing up it had since right after the storm and i have heard from multiple friends in atlanta that they are about belly up as a company. either way the park was flooded and from what has been posted in UER forums it is fully abandoned. I guess the NOPD have better things to do in the nation's murder capital than patrol abandoned theme parks... BUT. The likelihood of a large theme park being abandoned vs being bought up by another local company and being brought back into operation is small. Unless extenuating circumstances (i.e. Hurricane Katrina) were to occur even if SF goes under it will likely be bought and re-opened. Before SFNE was Six Flags (which it hasn't even been "Six Flags" for a decade) it was known as "Riverside Park" for over a century. Honestly Six Flags sucks; the original Riverside was better.
