So, I've known about this building being unused for a couple of years, but hadn't bothered to go check it out yet. Til tonight, anyway. The chapter more or less went under due to low numbers and poor recruiting. On the trip through I found some great bedrooms, evidence of pledge hazing, photos, chapter officer notebooks, and ritual equipment. Unfortunately the main floor was secured in a way that I was ill-equipped to enter, even inside the building itself. I'll go back again when I'm able to get into the main floor of the house. The old bedrooms are a lot of fun. You really see a lot of the character of the people who used to live in them.
