If you know where this is:
and you look to your... right I think it is, you'll be facing the West side of the hospital... the door is back there. Or a better way to describe it, it's around the corner from the door that leads out to where all that old stuff is, the tractor, back hoe thingie... that field. Uhh... anyway, here's my picture of it:

If you're on the first floor, and you walk toward the back, past the cafeteria, turn left toward an open door that leads outside, and the sign is right next to the door. funny that they had to ring a doorbell back then..
