you call that a Zundap? I got your Zundap:

thats my bud there in the back of my truck (smoking near the gas can again) hes unloading his Zundapp 125 and obscuring the view of my much cooler CZ 250, (we were into euro-trash cross back then)

Did that 125 have a Sachs motor in it? I'm still into Euro trash, mostly open class stuff from Sweden, Spain, Britain, Germany, and Japan. NO CZ yet, but I'm not finished either.

I dont recall if it was a Sachs but it was a pretty good little engine always started always ran had decent torque for a 125 I dont think it was a MX engine seems like it had a heavy flywheel

speaking of which theres been some Montessas and even a Bultaco Pursang on craigslist cheap lately you should search Dallas I keep seeing them so I guess nobody is buying

anyhow the Z'ap was way more reliable than my CZ, not as fast but a lot less tinkering and I use the term euro trash fondly I loved my CZ except for when it broke down 2 miles from the trail head etc

sold it for double what I paid, then sadly one day I was at Bates cycle salvage scrounging for parts and found it in the yard! engine seized up

This is an enduro model, heavy flywheel. Motor looks like Sachs to me with the radial head, but not 100% sure.

Here's my 83 XR 350 that's on Craig's list. Got lots of extras with it.
Probably some policy I am violating doing this but I'm sure the Mods will spank me if it is. LOL

Bend over and take your spanking now! Wait, that didn't sound right.... Never mind, I'll just ban you. It will start in 14 hours and last for 1 year.

Badass 2X!!! You got a 600R! Does it have a plate on it?

May I play too? Heres my toy...

2006 Honda XR650R.... 650cc's of liquid cooled mayhem. This thing will easily kill you. The bike is gonzo and still scares the shit out of me/ puts a huge grin on my face every I throw a leg over it.

Shes fully 'uncorked' and has got a high flow exhaust (headers/ can) and an eddelbrock pumper carb. I have been beating the snot out of this thing since day one almost 3 years ago and it still pulls like a freight train. It will easily rip 3rd gear wheelies (40-50mph) just by whacking the throttle and tugging on the bars. I've actually looped this thing out on the road while shifting from 2nd to 3rd in a wheelie and nothing happend to the bike! Its a beast! And it's street 'legal' too.

(the other rider in the vid is my brother the day after he got his XR650L...hes actually a good rider now)

I didnt know you had a 650 since Im going to be trailer bound we should go to Bulcher, when I get a trailer (near Muenster)

Damn that's sweet, is it a 160 or a 305? They seemed to make the 160's look bigger. Loved that Husky 250 by the way
Here is one of my old Huskys, love smokin the new bikes, as long as I dont have to do a 75' triple.

Wow! I saw the phots of the Amsterdam Bar, but I loved the photos of the old bike shop, very nice. That '83 XR350 looks like it has never been down. Nice purchase.

I just bought one of these, after 4 months I still have not gotten the throttle opened up all the way, it is brutally fast.
