| | | I normally am not a fan of black and white. I love these shots though, and the color cast was so bad from my shitty scanner that I decided to try greyscale to save them. I am new to converting to black and white, these look off to me. They were shot on Fuji NPS 160. I did the conversion in Lightroom. Advice please. 1.

| | | Two really good shots, however I think you should have brought out the shadows of the bars in number two a bit more.
It's all foreign to me. |

| | | Number one is a little gray, there aren't any true whites or blacks. I know lightroom has all those black and white adjustments, try messing around with them some more. Number two is better. [last edit 2/25/2009 6:08 PM by JustINSANE - edited 1 times]

| | | the first shot is a litte flat, try adjusting the contrast a bit more to pull out more shadows to accentuate the details. the second shot seems pretty good, with nice tonal range.

| | | Yep, gotta bring the shadows out in number 2. They make the photo.
