I've been an invisible member for a couple of years now and thought I'd start sharing some of my past experiences with you guys
The following are some of my favorite pics I took at Hearn
circuit breaker:
I was just trying to capture the dataplate of this circuit breaker, I never dreamed it would turn out to be this dramatic!
jail cell:
I take all my pics with a single flashlight and had a lot of fun playing with shadows and angles to get this
crack in floor:

This was my first attempt at a self portrait

a harrowing reminder that this can be a VERY dangerous hobby.

So these are my Hearn highlights, if you like them, I'll post pics of some of the other places I've been.
A few tips that I've discovered:
- When it's cold, I stick a couple of foot warmer pads in the camera case to prevent the lens from fogging.
- I use a laser pointer so I have a point to focus on for long exposure shots

He liked the fragility of those moments suspended in time, those memories whose only function being was to leave behind memories. |

| | | | All these were taken at an old power station in Toronto, the jail cell is left over from when they were using it as a movie set the bars are actually made of wood. The last pic is the location of where an explorer fell to his death in a coal bin. You can see the bottles, etc the rescue team left behind.
