composition could use some work, but I like what you're going for

I'm not one for photomanipulations OR selective desaturation, but this is neat.

I like the concept of this, definitely would like a better composition, but I really think you have a poignant idea.

Cool idea but I would have liked to see the headstones in the foreground a little smaller, it would give the image more depth and make it more realistic.

I shoot photos.

i love the idea of this picture. i agree with suggestions for a better composition but the idea behind it is awesome.

The only problem I see with the composition is the way the left side cuts off, otherwise it's fine.

the more i look at this, the more I wonder what other composition would have worked, but either way, I still love the idea, it definitely rocks, as does the selective de-sat. it is very fitting.

Thanks for the comments. Due to where it was located on the corner of an intersection with houses behind and all around, composition was difficult. I did not want too much modern civilization structures ao pieces included except the sign (which No Vacancy would have been more appropriate) Thanks again. Extra thanks to Mentok.

There is nothing constructive to really say about it. It seems like something some 17 year old brooding mall goth would think up. Or something you would see on a hot topic poster. My critism about the technicality and the idea of the shot are best described as tacky. If you are afraid of or have objection to negative response to "interesting new ideas" then don't share. Not everyone is going to like what you do.

How is someone saying they don't like it and giving a reason non-constructive?
