| | | 1) I think this photo would be a bit stronger if it wasn't so light in the foreground; it goes (front to back) light, dark, highlight. Obviously your figure is the focal point here, so maybe if it was darker in the foreground my eye would be led more to the shape of a person. I think the blue-tinted light is also distracting on the dam wall. 2) Neat, but if you took a few steps (or didn't leave your headlamp on as long) you could have better preserved the highlights in the settling pond and it would be less of a pull for me. A little touch of contrast might make those bricks pop more, too. Best,

or even the added contrast but pull the saturation down a tad, but thats just my thought. I like the high contrast, washed out pictures. nice shots though
