Just A Thought

With the economy being as horrible as it is right now, I have been seeing a lot more stores having big clearance, going-out-of-business sales. While this might suck for the economy and the people who lose their jobs, but this could be epic for Urban Exploring. I live in Harbor City, and a lot of the cities around me are industrial, warehouses, factories, etc. I've seen a couple of places that have been closed and abandoned, and I think we might see some more gems popping up in the near future. What do you think?

I was born in Harbor City. You have a lot of stuff to check out around there. Think hills.

uhhh... I have no clue about hills haha. Unless you're talking about the cemetary. I also know of hitler's tunnel right next to it. Damn, I'm going to go look for some places tomorrow and will post my finds. Glad to know there's some 'splorin to be done here!

while the economy going down the crapper may assist more opportunities to find places to explore, I would much rather find less places to explore and get myself a job.. I have been trying to find something for a while now and nobody really wants to hire anyone, shit hurts..

I would rather have a thriving economy where companies are growing so they leave their old buildings for new ones.

I dont even want to know how hard it would be to find a job if I lost mine.

Regardless of the economy's position in the boom-bust cycle there will always be things to explore. In boom times hit infrastructure, construction (think cranes) and infiltration, in economic downturn hit abandonments and the like.

Or just explore everything (except gas stations and haunted barns)
