| | Industrial site remains in Perinorte, Mexico < on 9/22/2008 3:51 AM >
| | | A friend of mine found this place near his home and we organized a quick visit. We were attracted by the tower you'll see below (which we couldn't enter because we lacked a safe method to climb to the upper level) but stumbled upon the remains of an industrial site. We walked and took photos for about an hour before we found what the factory made: Bathroom sinks and window frames (awfully related to one another, aren't they? =P) Then we went the other way and found what seemed to be a bum-junkie hideout which made us a little paranoid because of the crime levels the zone had, so we rushed up a little and left safe We have two other possible sites for visiting soon, including an abandoned theme mall!, so I hope I'll be able to post our experiences soon. BTW, there were no visible security measures, but some cardboard houses are located nearby and poverty tends to make people more protective, so watch out!
Where you find the laws most numerous, you'll also find the greatest injustice. ¡Chiva de Corazón! |
