My name is Katie.K and I am interested in checking out some drains and sites with some like minded keen and eagre chicks 
I've already joined UrbX but I'm having trouble logging on (I have sent an email to their Admin).
So who's out there?
Is there already a group of chicks that explore in Melbourne because I reckon it would be a good idea if there isn't already.
I am in Melbourne every second week so I'm keen.

| | | | Theres quite a few people to explore in Melbourne with, both male or female. Don't know any specific chick groups, but you never know, just ask the main known groups and tag along with them, theres lots of people out there as draining is popular in melbourne

Sorry about the login problems. I don't know anything about them. We never received any emails. Anyway, your account is still active. Sometimes you need to login twice as you might get a "forbidden" message
It's Saturday today, so hopefully you get this message before Sunday night. Sunday night our group is organising the first URB-X BBQ. I hope you don't go to sleep early as the BBQ starts at 11pm and afterwards we are going to see a very, very special location.
Also, just for the record, we do have a three chicks that we explore with. Two of them are our own and another has migrated from Cave Clan after she got banned because she found out that two of their explorers wanted to punch her out and put her in a wheelchair. So much for group love.
Anyway, once you join you can discuss all the gory details about her Cave Clan experience with her personally.

Wow! That doesnt sound very friendly...
However you have more chance of finding a group of nice guys to explore with, rather than a group of girls. The worst the guys would do is try and scare you with lude and crude comments about your attire.

QtJules never came to a single expo and existed only as an online armchair explorer so no one new her let alone threatened her.
Kate, the best thing to do is find out for yourself.
C/C has lots of members from all walks of life so I think you'll find they/we don't bite.
Join UrbX while you're at it - The Clan is not chasing new members so maybe the Elite will be more to your liking.
The Clangirls do have some of their own expos, but usually explore in with the guys.
They have also had some of the best expos that I have heard of and they are also a major part of exploring in Australia and the world when they travel.

Bullshit.
How did she got on the forums in the first place?? She reckons it was because she did a newby expo with Al and Cro. I kind of believe that as that what used to happen. I know because when I was with you tools (not knowing any better then) that's what used to happen.
Secondly, she never said that you directly threatened her. She says that it was a stated in a PM between you and Eli, a hacked copy of which was later sent to her email. Apparently you and Eli were making jokes about her being on a wheelchair and that you wanted to punch her out and put her in another one. Haha, very funny.
Anyway, I'm not saying, and I don't believe that you or Eli (whom I don't even know) would make a these threats seriously, even in a PM. I personally think, but I could be wrong, that it was just a really, really dumb joke. Nevertheless, the person whom you were making fun of found out about it and that upset her. Maybe she thought you knobs were serious. Who knows. Either way, when you were busted you could have at least been man enough to apologise to her and told her it was a joke, or made up some other bullshit, like you normally do when things turn sour, and make her feel a little more at ease. Apparently she was really, really upset when she found out about those comments, because it seems that yes, she was already on a wheelchair and you knew that.
What did you do instead?? You friggen banned her from the forums.
Why did you ban her from the forums if it wasn't because she made that info public and wanted an apology?
She says that she asked you that in an email that you sent her. You replied saying that she wasn't banned but put on probation. What the hell is that supposed to mean? How can she be on probation if you locked her out of the group. On probation for what?? What did she actually do wrong??

Ummm, without wanting to incriminate myself, I won't say which of the following I'M guilty of, but some birds may be in for a shock when the discover that blokes might also be caught farting in various locations, scratching their balls in public as well as hardcore snoring on interstate expos. Yeah, not a pretty picture, but these are the things you need to be prepared for if you want to explore with a heap of blokes.

It was actually an MSN conversation according to QtJules.
I still have no idea what she is talking about.
All I said to her (to make her feel better) was that if Eli and I said anything about her there was nothing in it because neither of us know anything about her and that we have never met her at any Cave Clan functions ever.

The best answer to your propaganda is to state that there are hundreds of members in the Cave Clan - there are hundreds more friends of members that come along to events - over the last 23 years there has been thousands of people in the Clan. They have met people all over the world and had people from all over the world visit and explore with them.
Remember Stud69 (can we use another name other than Stud69 - I feel like I'm talking to a horny 13 year old ), you're the one that has a group that part of the criteria is that you need to hate Cave Clan.
People figure it out themselves and I'm sure other people that bother reading this thread, probably including Kate, will agree that you, and I should s.t.f.u. about this crap.

Cool. Well all the unanswered questions answered with your reply. Now I'll sleep a lot better having all the answers.
1. Ok, whether it was MSN or PM it doesn't matter, it's not the point.
2. Don't bring Panic into this. He just wants to be left alone.
3. The only anti STUD69 drivel comes from Cave Clan, no one else. Funny thing is that 99% of people who repeat it have never even seen me, let alone met me. The latest "STUD69 is a copper cutter" is a classic. The only thing I know about copper is that it's copper coloured. How many slabs did it take you to think of that one?
4. Our anti Cave Clan stance is simple. Our experience shows that there have been too many screw ups, stuff ups and issues when Cave Clan is involved and we want to disassociate ourselves from it.
