First post ... Krankenhaus

My first post here. This is a hospital I visited some time ago in Germany. The first stone of this TBC-hospital was laid in 1920. The last photo is from the oldest building, which is a bit more decayed. The first 4 photos are from a newer wing which is the mint one. The place got abandoned in 1999. Hope you like the shots, any critique is welcome.

welcome to uer man

great pics, the only comment i have other than that is in the second to last one (you might want to number pics from now on for ease of referring to them), i would have tilted the camera up a smidge so i didnt have as much 'dead space' on the bottom left.

also its probably the post processing, but the corners look like they could use a little fill light.

I really like the vignetting around the edges....some would say its a little played out or cliche, but I think it looks hot....when used in moderation. I dont think it hurts any of these shots whatsoever....it adds significantly to their "mood". Are they a result of a really badass circular polarizing filter or added in w/ photoshop afterwards?

The last two shots are my favorite. Nice work.

Thanks guys, for the comments and welcome.

About the vignetting; it's all PS, no badass filters involved. It might indeed be overdone on some of them, but while processing it felt like really adding to the atmosphere of the place. I know it doesn't make any sense at all to add a lens handicap to shots that were taken with a lens without the handicap... but I'll keep it in mind to not overdo it in the future. About the dead space, I know what you mean, I've spent a while there trying to get the compo right, swearing, with a more wide angle lens the compo would definitely have been better.
