Given the location you're shooting from, this is really something.
I would've liked to not have seen the lights from the city, it kinds of detracts from the overall "picture."

| | | | Great subject, caught the the cloud perfect, however, there is a massive area at the top which is blank and attracts your eye, and the same with the foreground, its a pit 'picky' and destracts your eye massively. Include foreground, but try a different location, as both of these points detract the whole shot, and the clouds, being the focal point, become insignificant.
Hope thats of help, dont take my word for it.
