Which do you like better?
Taken at the historic, abandoned Jackling House in California.

#1: Lit with orange LED and Krypton flashlight

#2: Just with Krypton flashlight, slightly desaturated in Lightroom

I like the overhead angle from which you lit the first shot, but I prefer the cooler temperature of the second one.

Maybe number 1 is a little too orange/yellow on the keys. In reality, Number 1 is more the color of the keys than number 2 though.
I'm finding number 2 to be one of my favorite closeups in general. Like Yota says, it makes me feel cold and empty like. Has a lonely feel to it that I don't capture in my shots very often.

number one I like best.

40+ year olds with Myspace pages are not cool, they are pediphiles on the prowl. Buyer beware.

The 2nd one is far superior in my opinion. It contrays more of the old, left behind, but still beautiful kind of look. The first one is just too warm for the subject.

both are good but I think the second is better because of the more antique look

i like #2 because it gives more of an abandoned feel...an emptiness that resembles the sites we explore. i like it's more of an effective shot...the orange gives it more of a warm glow. i think you're going for more of the chilly/cold feel...right?

Wow. Great pics. I prefer 01, though. I think the color is nice, and I like seeing the little flaps at the top of the first picture.

Definitely #2 since the orange in #1 doesn't really seem to complement the contrasty colors of organ keys very well. Or at least, that is how I see it. Nice placement of dead bush branches, really adds interest to the dusty decrepid appearance of the keys.
