Well, there's some progress... the number of "maybes" is up to 7.

Whoever makes it, be sure you have a camera. That way, when you say "I was there, where were you?", you have pix.

I've got a small chance of making it, if the horse event is rained out.

Update: The horse event is off -- my daughter's horse isn't ready for the events. So I'm changing my selection from "maybe" to "yes".

But I still wouldn't bet money on my showing up -- my life tends to be complicated. Chances are over 75%, though, so confidence is high.

Things are looking up, then. We've got three yes, seven maybe, and four no. I'll be there for sure now, possibly bringing others, so I'll see you at 4pm at the Rogers Hotel (or thereabouts if we get kicked out )

I doubt I'll be able to make it. I am working a shitload this month, so time will be tight. But if I can make it, I will let you know.

Yeah. Um. Only one problem. The Rogers Hotel is closed right now. I'm sitting across the street from it now... wondering where everyone is!

Well, I guess I will hold a Dallas one just shortly, seeing as it seems to be hard for the Dallas/Fort Worth explorers to get to the meetups that far away. If anyone is interested, let me know. Thanks

I'm going to be busy in July, but I can add it to the official event. Do you think you'd go for the same joint in Deep Ellum as last time? That was a pretty nice little spot, even if the parking was a bit tricky.

Free beer and wine? Awesome!

(Sorry, couldn't resist)

The main thing in DE is the parking situation. We didn't have any major problems last time -- nobody got towed -- but it's especially tricky for anyone from out of town.

If the 4pm time works for folks, though, that should help with the parking. The meters won't be full that early.

Well, now the meters don't exactly get full anymore. So, that being said, I think parking would be fine.

Looks cool and different. Prices aren't insane ($4 sandwich, coffee under $2). The only strange thing is the hours:

http://murraystreetcoffee.com/

Hours of Operation:
Mon - Fri: 7am - 9pm
Sat: 8am - 6pm
Sun: 9am - 2pm

I've updated the event with the location, but I haven't set the date/time yet. This Friday is the 4th day of the month, which isn't notable unless the month is July, which it is. I think a lot of people will be busy finding things to blow up, and those who aren't in the hospital may be on the road.

Since we've been early birds the last couple of meetings, would 4pm on Saturday, July 12 still work? That's where it ended up by default because of the last meeting, and the system has already sent reminders out. Ain't inertia great?

Okay. I forgot that it was July 4 xD! I don't really celebrate holidays much, but I will do my best to try and celebrate. I think the 12th would be fine.

Good job, guys.

If it's the 4th, I cannot make it.

However, the 12th looks promising. (But no promises.)

The meetup is still set for tomorrow, Saturday 7/12, at Murray St. Coffee. The event page is brutally honest: 7 no, 6 maybe, 0 yes.

I can't make it -- the horse event is definitely on, so I'll be taking care of kids. Hope someone makes it! The meetings so far this year have focused on quality over quantity, but the quality has been extremely high.

Hopefully some will make it. Seems like it's getting harder to get folks together. I'm out of town, have been for a week. Father-in-law has cancer and not expected to make it, but they've been saying that since Tuesday.

But I wouldn't have been able to be there even if it weren't for that.

Well, I dont think there is a time set. I will be there at 2 o clock. If anyone wants to meet me there, by all means do. However, keep in mind the place closes at 6
