Can you post up some of the damaged ones or give a description of the image? I haven't had any issues with film being damaged in detectors, but I usually hand them off to the guard personally.

I took three or four rolls of film with me when I went to North Korea, and each of them went through the xray machine twice: once pre-exposure, and once post-exposure.

I had no oddities on the final prints. I've heard that it's only really a problem with fast (800+) film, but who knows?

Also, these xray machines were at land crossings, not at an airport. . . Maybe they weren't as strong.

theres nothing to show of the damaged ones. theyre just black. aka they got exposed somehow.

in the future, ill be sure to just hand them over to the guard or whoever. assuming i dont forget.
