A little more fore light.

Or side lighting. (left side)

Perhaps some bracket-and-blending to up the values on the floor?

Or, you could satisfy popular demand with a suicide girl in there.

I like it; wouldn't want anything brighter, honestly.
Great shadow range, and the pink highlights are stunning.

I actually think the lighting works quite well. although it almost seems like the shot maybe could have been better if taken a bit higher, but then at the same time that may have made the angle on the tub a bit less appealing...hmmmmm

Hey yeah you, fat ass. Not interested.

I actually had one in there but I clone stamped her out because I didn't want to get made fun of.

i dont like how the long window is cut off ever so slightly and the bottom left of that vent grate is barely showing.

otherwise,i really like it.

Unless the ceiling was -right there-, I would've placed the bathtub lower in the frame and not cut off the window.

In reply to the window being cut off at the top- My tripod legs are broken so they will not go up as high as they should, I am extremely anal about vertical lines so i refuse to just tilt the camera up because then the lines will be off.
So I guess I will have to re-shoot this when after I get my new tripod on christmas.

Thanks for the feed back everyone.

Only thing that bugs me is that the composition isn't balanced and it seems like there's a slight magenta cast on the light on the wall. Otherwise the exposure, the contrast, everything looks great to me.

I would have moved right a bit more and panned to the left some to get rid of the grate in the top right.
Also, i would have moved up a bit to frame the bottom right tighter on the tub.

In post, perhaps some shadows/highlights to fix minor issues.
Definitely some fake lens flare and a sweet stained glass filter would be good. Maybe top it off with some glowing edges, too.

Oh, and two suicide girls about to kiss would be cool.

Like others have said, I would've shifted everything up to reveal more of the wall instead of the floor. Whatever that is that's cutting into the bottom right edge of the frame is kind of distracting as well. Get rid of it.

It might also work better in the square format.

i don't like the border, but besides that:

I know that bottom is a bit dark, but depending on what (pc or print) you want to show this i would make the bottom a bit brighter if you're gonna show this on the www as for prints (more likely larger) there is enough detail in the dak part - i would leave it as it is now.

it just makes the shot a bit better if the window wasn't cut off - but you got some good reasons for that. So you know that yourself.

About the ventilation shaft in the right upper corner being cut off - i don't mind. I don't mind things being cut off as long as it doesn't draw to much attention.

My eyes want more wall to the right of the tub, mostly due to the reflection that's cut off, but still there. I'd either like to see most of the reflection in the tiles, or none of it. Oh, and whatever the dark thing is angling in on the bottom right needs to go, now. So, yeah, I'd either reshoot, a couple feet to the left of where you were, including more of the reflection, or crop some more off the right on this one, eliminating most of the reflection and whatever that thing is.

Technically, it's good. Any fixes regarding lightening/darkening various spots are personal preference at this point. Sharpening could go either way, looks pretty natural to me though.

Edit: on second look, if you reshoot, try setting up at exactly a 45 degree angle from the corner behind the tub, putting that corner dead centre in the frame, probably horizontal. I know you know what you're doing, and probably don't want direction, but that's what I see from what's in the frame now, and I'm never going to shoot there, so humour me and pretend you will.

first off , fuck photoshop, it's for sissys!

second off, it's just fine the way it is. although, next time a tub full of hot big boobed bimbos would have gotten more of my attention

and third off, it's just fine the way it is. i'm digging the array of natural colors

cool shot

cheers !

It's too dark at the bottom and it seems to have an unnatural red/pink hue. Are you editing on a LCD?
