Drove by this old theater that I wanted to explore at lunch today, and it was gone. This was a United Artist Theater near North Park mall. Another one of those, coulda, shoulda, but didnt. I guess its been gone for some time now. Oh well here are some exterior shots I got less than a year ago.

Last week while I was visiting my parents for Thanksgiving I found out that one of my favorite theaters was gone as well. I grew up watching movies in it. Didn't even know it was up for demolition.

Also, discovered today that the old TV station here in town is being torn down tomorrow. I saw the jaws of death parked next to it today. It's one of the few locations in this town that I have not been able to get into. Also didn't know it was up for destruction.

Just depressing.

Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools speak because they have to say something.
