If there were no successes in a given search (e.g. dead bodies), the dogs would become depressed. They now give them routine "searches" where the dogs would be "successful" in order to boost their spirits. How unique is that?

Maybe they should try some CFD counseling for the dogs instead.

Now I know what I really want to do -- be buried in a pile of rubble to make a cadaver dog happy. And the best part is, after they dig me up, they can do it all over again! For a while, at least...
