| | | Pagedale Business Center is a 27-acre property offering a 355,000 SF building that can be renovated to meet your needs or demolished to provide a great location for a new, build-to-suit facility. The plant was one of 100-plus manufacturing facilities closed by Unilever when the European consumer products giant streamlined worldwide operations two years ago. The plant had been in operation for 47 years. When it closed, it was the second largest employer in Pagedale, employing 235 workers. Representing Unilever in the transaction was Marc Cacciarelli of Grubb & Ellis/Krombach Partners. The Unilever site becomes Clark’s second planned redevelopment of a dormant industrial site in St. Louis County this year. In May, Clark announced it would transform the former site of the old Wagner Electric Co. in Wellston into Page Avenue Business Park. The 15-acre site will be redeveloped to host office, commercial or light industrial users.
now time for my shot...

| | | just a couple of criticisms...work on your composition, as the shots are sort of everywhere, and cropping. i think a few of these would be stronger with some straightening and cropping. if you don't mind i'll mess with a couple when i get home (not on my computer right now) and see what happens with tinkering. i'm not a pro, just a different pair of eyes looking at them.

| | | yea, i need to go back and work with these a little more, but though i would hear input first on the images just how they are. none of these have been PS minus the last one which i just turned into grayscale. one thing i noticed when i got back is the focus on my view finder was off so a lot were shot out of focus.

| | | I have got to agree with msgsudz on this one. Really wouldn't have put these under critique personally... Composition needs work, like stated, they are infact all over the place, and you said it first, a lot of them are blurry. What did you shoot these with?

| | | You might want to check your camera, it doesn't look like it is in focus at all...

| | | Yeah dude, I'm gonna agree and say that a bunch of these shots are out of focus. That needs to be fixed first before anything else.
