I was just going off what a friend of mine who is part of the society said. And I wasnt referring to the Hispanic Black Arab or any other race in particular. That area is the melting pot of Dallas all walks of life. And yes there is a ton of cool stuff to explore in that area because of the fact that much of it has not been redeveloped.......But I do miss the Jefferson.
