the retakes are infinatly better than the originals in my opinion. number 7 i, think, is the best picture out of them all. the composition, exposure, colors, everything just seems so well thought out.

my only gripe is with #6. i think it should be rotated a bit, or maybe even be retaken with more of the left hand side of the door frame showing.

1. the black boarder and the railing on the end are clashing a tad. it's also not centered.

2. the composition and lighting is very nice, it might just be my monitor but it looks slightly out of focus?

3. same deal, nice comp, little blown out towards the top but again looks a little soft.

4. i dig this one.

5. MUCH better, very nice tight comp, nice exposure.

6. way more sharp,

7. more sharp, more well balenced exposure, you could have pulled back and up to tighten her up a little thought i think

8. nice colors

9. something is off, i would open up your aperture in alot of your shots to give more DOF

10. nice job framing this one, the bottom corner is a tad blown out, but other than that it's tight

11. i think the best one, nice composition, good exposure and good use of fast aperture.

12. good exposure and colors, you might want to pay attention to the lines of the image and make sure they are more straight

13. nice exposure but kind of a boring composition

not being a jerk hope this helped!

1-4 were taken on my little point and shoot camera. I didn't remember until just now because i've been to BSS a million times, I was pretty sure I took them with my good camera when I went with jeff, but I guess they were taken a while before that, since I never use my point and shoot anymore. Mystery solved!

your second takes are so much better, can't wait to see pictures with the new camera.

oh, and the chair climb was great too

I become capability. I become the horror. What we know we can become only in our heart of darkness. It's my gift. It's my curse.
