Thats a scary looking creeper. We find a lot of black widows where I am. No problem as long as you dont screw with them. Rats and most spiders I dont worry about but these guys scare the piss out of me. I know they cant hurt you but they can get very large, where there is one there are probably another 10 and their defense mechanism is to jump AT you when startled.

AUGH!!! Cave crickets are a bane on my existence. I love caving/mining and I always run into these suckers. I was once in a cave called "The Fairy Hole" because seriously those are the only creatures I can imagine squeezing through the damn thing, and those f*ckers were like moving sheets on the walls. It was horrifying. You can't tell them from spiders in the dark either.... AHHHHHHHH!

Spiders also impeded our progress into the Aud during OPEX, lol, but we still prevailed!

It's not a degree of which is the most dangerous to me, it's just that fact that they are spiders. Straight from the pits of hell and I hate them.

Raticus, you and I are soul mates. Now I'm gonna go find a less creepy thread so I don't have nightmares tonight. Love the freezer pic, btw!

I have failed my own rules. I actually let one continue living the other day in New Mexico. Bastard was right in front of me, I took a picture of him, and I walked away and let that s.o.b. go on to live another day. I should have killed him dead.

Those cave crickets sound creepy. I've yet to come across one.

I don't kill 'em. I usually scream and my hubby comes to kill them. Have six cats in the house and the lazy furballs just look at spiders, then go back to sleep. Maybe they're creeped out by the little monsters, too.
