|  | | | I figured this would be the place this post. There is an abandoned building I have found it still has full power which means alaramed. The building is for sale so i was wondering if calling the agent to get it and photograph would count as " UE "

Personally, for me, 80% of the fun is finding a way in and avoiding getting busted if it is a alarmed, and just knowing you're doing something "wrong". If I were to go through the agent, I'd definitely be missing out on the rush, and probably feel restricted in my movements around the property.
If that rush does nothing for you, and you just want to take a few pictures then you might as well go through the agent.
I don't like questions like "does this count?" because nobody's keeping score so it doesn't really matter, do what you want to, and what's best for you and don't worry about the rest of us jackasses.

Even if there's "urban" in UE. I've did one of my best exploration in a rural setting (abandonned military base in the middle of the forest, an 8 hours drive).
I think that a common point in urban exploration is the off-limit (for the public) status of the place you are exploring. It must also be exploration. (A tour guide of a off-limit location is not UE, unless you don't follow the group and really explore.)
If you get autorisation, it's still UE since most people would not be allowed to be there. You don't have to be breaking the law to explore.
That's how I see it.
